Falcon Educational Services, Inc., which operates the Falcon Institute of Health and Science, would like to communicate an upcoming change in its ownership structure. It involves an internal restructuring among Falcon’s existing ownership, with no new parties joining or existing parties leaving. This change will not require any updates to your enrollment, financial aid, or academic progress — and you don’t need to take any action.
The transition reflects our shared commitment to academic quality, student success, and long-term stability. Harpreet Chahal, the school’s founder and president, will remain in her current role and become a minority owner, while Omnia Labs, LLC, a current minority owner, will assume majority ownership. Students can expect continuity in the leadership and academic direction they have experienced at Falcon. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first week of August 2025, though the timeline may vary depending on the timing of required approvals from the school’s regulatory agencies.
Falcon will remain firmly grounded in its mission, and students should anticipate continued access to strong academic programs, dedicated faculty, supportive services, and fully accredited instruction. Your enrollment, financial aid, and academic progress will remain unaffected, and no steps are needed on your part.
